Based in Arques in the North of France, the firm ATS offers a sideline of spare parts selected by specialists for buses and coaches.
All our clients (more than 1500 in France mainland and in the French overseas departments & territories) are bus companies. Their names are Veolia, Keolis, Transdev, Reunir, Agir, RATP.
The biggest care is brought to the preparation of the orders in a 2600m² warehouse. We have modern and computerized equipment. The distribution is made either from the warehouse or from our trucks stores traveling regularly throughout France and Benelux.
Historic

1993Creation of the ATS company for a capital of 250 000 Francs by Marc SENGEZ. Activity: Retail selling of parabolic springs. Staff : two employees.

1998In April, ATS extends its activity and begins to market spare parts for buses and coaches. From then, the staff goes up from 2 to 5, 3 of them are salesmen who drive through France in trucks stores. Development of the Brittany zone.

1999In May, because of an extension of activity, the company increases its team by recruiting two new store men and hires a fifth salesman for the sector Savoie, Rhône-Alpes, Auvergne et centre. Results 3 113 500€ - 560 clients – 4500 references in stock.

2000Development of the Mediterranean region.

2001In April, the company moves to bigger premises (1500m²) in the “Lobel” Industrial estate of Arques. In October, development of the Benelux zone.

2002The company continues its development and hires a salesman for the South-West area and Corsica as well as a new salesman for the store. Results 5 750 000 € - 800 clients – 5000 references in stock.

2003The company has to hire in three different sectors to face the fast-growing sales. Moreover, the company concretizes its collaboration with Vanhool in terms of supply of spare parts but also in after sales service.

2004ATS extends allover France including Corsica and the French overseas departments & territories, but also allover Belgium, Luxembourg and Africa. The company has about 1100 clients, more than 9000 references in stock and relies on a young team of 20 employees.

2005Creation of a new area of storage of 750m² and 150m² of offices.

2007Creation of a holding company taking over the activities of Arques Electro Diesel (AED) and ATS which represents a group of more than 18 million euros.

2008Creation of a new workshop for buses and coaches. Results 11 500 000 € - Staff: 25 employees.

2009Extension of the storage area (400m²). Results 13 600 000 € - Staff: 28 employees. 65 000 references created of which 30 000 mobile and 16 000 in stock. 1650 clients fleet of buses and coaches.
